OBAMA and the big surprise video

Tonight on Hannity at 9pm Andrew Breitbart (post mortem) fans skull up 20 year old videos of then Harvard college student Barack Obama. They are trying to relive the lies and bullshit about our President's friendship with former terrorist Bill Ayers and academics at Harvard gathering to take over the world through wild scenarios about mind control and leftist ideology. This same crap was used several years ago by Matt Drudge, who now dead Breitbart used to work for. What will they resort to next?  The right is playing to the fears of uneducated voters, and there are plenty of those, and trying to kick start a fantasy to scare voters in the next election. They know that our President is hands down, smarter and a better leader than they want to admit. It shows signs of weakness on the GOP's behalf and really lowers the bar for so called "journalism".

THE GRAND OLD PARTY

January has come and gone and what did we learn about the state of our Nation. Its going to be a long year and more surprises are coming. The GOP's field of candidates, still flushing out the pretenders and cutting down the odds of a two man race, shows little promise of solving the debt crisis or helping create jobs. The American middle class has to rely on themselves and family and hopefully friends or acquaintances to make it through the rest of the year. Those of us who have jobs are the lucky ones if you want to say that. Those who don't are struggling to make ends meet and praying for a miracle. This Presidential election will either show our true grit or maybe our wisdom, whichever, or how it turns out. The GOP has basically laid the win out for re-election of Obama by their incompetence and out of touch reality. Masters Romney and Gingrich look like fools on any given day and retire the notion its "the grand old party", because its not, not anymore.

HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GOOD RIDDANCE

HAPPY NEW YEAR- and good riddance. 2011 gave us the longest Barnum & Bailey clown show in history. The group of potential Presidential candidates, unprepared and ignorant of the real challenges of America, shamed themselves and voters beyond reason and reality. Isn't it time for a dramatic change in our election process. Why 2 years of agony? The smartest, most talented country in the world can't come up with a potential 3 month, yes 3 month election process. I mean, really, do we have to have 25 debates or years of angst and indecision. Think about it, in retrospect, the Herman Cain, the Rick Perry, embarrassed our great Republic and the founding fathers beyond belief. The only thing positive is the economy was helped by creating jobs from big money investments in their futures. Other than that is a mad waste of your time and mine. And my time is more valuable.

TYPICAL NEWT; FLAMETHROWER AND LIAR

You know you think you've heard everything until; NEWT GINGRICH leading in the polls. This washed up old crazy guy keeps hanging around despite being disgraced and asked to step down as Speaker of the House. But, don't think he isn't smart, well cagey is a better word. His flamethrower soundbites and constant lies are his trademark shtick, that keeps him in the news and sells books, audio cassettes, videos and whatever suckers wants to buy. The GOP is so desperate to find a legitimate Presidential candidate except Romney, that they would push "Peewee Herman" if he ran. The game hasn't changed in 200 years, just the level of stupidity amongst our fellow voters.

Sexual harassment, assault charges, fake news; Is there no decency and respect in America anymore

Since the beginning of our great Republic, there once was respect for privacy and a decent approach to journalism. We never spoke about a colleague or peer who may have strayed. We kept to ourselves and based the overall performance of the man/woman on their overall character and job performance. In today's news cycle we hear everything negative in a 2 minute spin that actually probably, more than likely, has no factual base. No, I'm not speaking about Herman Cain, I'm talking about the POTUS. I've never heard or remember the disdain and putrid comments made about our elected Commander in Chief. Terms like "the anointed one" (Hannity), "Barry Obama" (Limbaugh), "our blacks are better than their blacks" (Coulter), have erased all due respect and decency our country had archived. Thomas Jefferson once said "He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors".

GOP Congress polling numbers seriously low; read "How to compromise for dummies"

This GOP Congress polling numbers are lower than the White House, lawyers, insurance companies and bankers; that's so low that it can't be sustained. It seems that they (GOP) don't care or are living in "lala" land. The American voter will vote them out in 2012 wholeheartedly. I hear some lobby jobs are open at Koch Industries; just trying to help. I don't know if there are cliff notes on "How to compromise for dummies" but I should write one. In our 200+ history even great enemies learned to make a deal. This outfit is so focused (in a delusional psychotic dream) that they "must make Obama a one-term President; they have become irrelevant.

THE NEW POLITICS FORGOT ABOUT "THE PEOPLE"

"THE PEOPLE" have lost any semblance of representation over the last 5 decades from what our independence movement struggled for. We have become a society of greed and power and to hell with the rest. Our household debt to GDP became a drunken addict mess since World War II. National wage scales came to a screeching halt and we have no leadership from either party. The Republicans want to kiss ass with Wall Street and the Democrats have no balls. What's real America to do; sit down and talk it out (OWS), demand a new found respect; and it seems that it has grown to a global expression which is a good thing. It will change the way our politicians think and maybe, just maybe put the message in the right hands. Its not liberal versus conservative, its the people rising up against those that took advantage of a long sleeping giant that stole the money bag. Hopefully we will learn quickly and decisively and make corrections that make us a better Nation.

Dysfunctional Dating. Did GOP Waste Time Lusting for Christie

It has been referred to as "Dysfunctional Dating". That is the lust by the GOP for Governor Christie to run for the office of President of the United States. Not only did the GOP waste valuable time, they hurt themselves in their quest to make Barack Obama a "one term President". Now, they are at a crossroads with allowing infighting bred by Evangelical voters anger about Mitt Romney being a Mormon. They have several heads bobbing for attention as they look for anybody else except Mitt Romney. All in all a panic mode has been created. The latest WSJ poll has Herman Cain in the lead this week showing the disrespect for Romney. The only candidate who remains constant is Barack Obama.

Americans are in a shopping cart line

Americans are frustrated and tired. They feel like they are in a shopping cart line a mile long and no items have a price tag on them. They want to buy products, they need products; they'd like to buy American made products, but we know that's impossible; nothing made here anymore. What's the answer? Not what we hear on the pundit shows on any media outlet. It's his fault, it's their fault. Listen guys, we don't give a "damn" who's fault it is, just "fix" the fucking problem. Let's make some decision that are sensible and reasonable. Economic fairness will never please both sides, but it would please the voters. We are desperately asking for attention and not receiving any from "anyone".

The Cheneys- "We just hate Obama"

Former VP Dick Cheney and his daughter Liz were on CNN "Candy Crowley" this morning. It's apparent to any blind and deaf person that they "hate Obama". Cheney will go to his death bed believing that Saddam Hussein had "weapons of mass destruction, and Liz; dear Liz, continues to say that Obama needs to apologize to the American people for his speech and apologies over the "enhanced interrogation techniques" (torture) according to the dictionary. Sometimes you just have to give up, and the Cheney's need to move on. This President has not let up on the gas pedal for killing terrorists, and in fact has killed more in his 3 years than Bush did in 8. It's surprising that you can harp on a subject for years to be relevant and sell books, but it's disheartening that the American public still cares.
